The ADCP Assay Principle

The ADCP Assay Principle
FcyRIIa, FcyRI, and FcyRIIIa can all mediate ADCP in monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells; however, it is thought that FcγRIIa is the primary Fcγ receptor engaged in this process. In our ADCP analysis, the FcγRIIa-H ADCP reporter bioassay is a physiologically relevant MOA-based assay that can be used to measure the potency and stability of antibodies and other biological agents that specifically bind and activate FcγRIIa. The assay comprises of Jurkat cells that stable express human FcγRIIa-H (high affinity H131 variant) and NFAT-induced luciferase.
